The Piccola Tazza Performance Guarantee:
Built for the Long Haul

At Piccola Tazza, we engine-test every component to ensure it meets our high-performance standards. We guarantee that your cup will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship —"factory flaws"— for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If your "engine block" (the cup) fails due to a manufacturing defect under normal "track conditions" (home or office use), we’ll swap it out for a fresh one.

Please note this warranty does not cover: "crash damage" (dropping it on the garage floor), "redlining" (thermal shock from extreme temperature abuse), or the natural "patina" (wear and tear) that comes with thousands of laps of espresso.

The Safety Addendum
While we know our cups look right at home on a workbench, please note: once a cup has been used as a mechanical catch-all or ash tray, it has officially retired from the 'starting grid.' Due to the risk of chemical contamination, any cup used for non-food purposes must not be used for drinking and is no longer covered under our performance warranty.
